No mention of answering surveys or MLMs
With the prices of everything being so high these days, there are more people turning to side hustles in an effort to make extra money to help pay for bills or buy food.
I’m one of those people. Food at the grocery store is still high and so is gas. It’s hard being a single parent trying to make ends meet solely on one income. So, there was only one thing I could do: pick up a few side hustles to bring in a little extra cash.
I wanted to share a few legit side hustles with you that I, and a few others, have done or are still doing. Hopefully you can find success with some of these.
What is a Side Hustle
We’ve all heard this word before. Some of you already know what it is and have a few or several side hustles.
A Side Hustle is a side gig that brings in extra income on top of your main job. For some, it is a goal to turn one of your side gigs into a full-time job, becoming completely self-employed.
Most side hustles require a lot of work, which is called active income, while some only require a little attention to keep going, which is called passive income.
The Thing About Passive Income
I’ve noticed that there are quite a few people out there who don’t believe that passive income is a thing. It is an actual thing, but not in the way you think.
Passive income is not a get-rich-quick sort of thing. All methods of creating any kind of income takes work. Some side hustles, once they get going, can turn into passive income, such as books and online courses.
All That is Required
All that is required for the side hustles I have listed below is a cell phone or a computer that has internet access.
Teaching Online
With virtual learning becoming more prominent as the pandemic continues, there is a growing need for online tutors and teachers. Most online teaching jobs require some form of teaching experience.
